This riverside home, designed by Garnder Mohr Architects, is seeking LEED for Homes certification. The attention given by the architect to sensitive site issues will ensure that this building and site enhance the habitat for native species, inviting their return.

Bethesda Bungalows
Built by Bethesda Bungalows, The Incredibly Green Home is a showcase model home of the latest green products, technologies and building methods. This home is pursuing LEED for Homes' Platinum level and NAHB-Green's Emerald certification. There are currently no more than 5 Emerald certified homes nationwide, making this home extraordinarily, incredibly green!

Reservoir Ridge
Elysian Energy has partnered with ASG to provide quality assurance and Energy Star certification services to Reservoir Ridge, a large townhome community located in Carroll County. By joining the BGE Energy Star for New Homes program, the builder receives advertising support and other incentives for achieving performance thresholds and builds a home 15-30% more energy efficient than average.
