We Value the Planet Although our work is inherently good for the planet, Elysian Energy has implemented policies which reduce our environmental footprint as an employer. We utilize flextime and work-from-home programs to minimize unnecessary travel costs and pollution while aiding our employees’ work-life balance. Field employees are provided with GPS systems to reduce travel time and emissions. We purchase carbon offsets for our car and airplane miles when travel cannot be avoided.
